Capitol Punishment
Many Americans wonder why Congress (and various other politicians) seem to move so slowly. My main guess is the fact that the primary concern of so many politicians (mainly reffering to the House and Senate) is re-election. If their political terms were limited, they wouldn't have to worry as much about re-election and would have more time to focus on the important issues of the time.
